Best Thing For Weekly Success
One of the best things you can do for weekly success is to spend a little bit of time on Monday morning to review your prior week and plan the week ahead. Ninja Coaching clients already know this but you don't need to be a real estate agent, sales professional or even operate a business to have a weekly planning meeting with yourself. Even as an employee you are running the business of you and this session can help you operate at peak performance.
A bit more is explained in the video but here are some basic things you should include in your Monday Morning Meeting:
- Create a mission statement and review that along with any goals you have at the beginning of each session.
- Review the prior week. What worked? What didn't work? How can you improve?
- Plan the week ahead. What's on your schedule? What meetings need to be planned or added to the schedule? Who are the people in your life that you would like to communicate with this week? Who can you impact in a positive way? Who could benefit from your services or support?
- Make any additional notes that will be helpful to guide you through the week and write down anything you would like to reflect on when it comes time for next week's session.
These meetings will save you time and anxiety because you will now have a plan to take action on and you will create a habit of showing up with positive energy and intent each week.
