A regular guy trying to do extraordinary things.
I'm a husband, a girl dad, and a guy who genuinely believes that how you show up at home is the best indicator of how you'll show up in business. I know what it feels like to be successful on paper and exhausted behind the scenes.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart, building a successful delivery business in college before taking a detour down Wall Street. The love of building businesses called me back and soon found myself in the real estate industry, stepping into leadership as a managing broker. I have experienced firsthand the pressure, pace, and constant push that so many real estate agents live in every day. That journey is what shaped my work today. Helping agents, brokers, and owners build businesses that actually support their lives, not run them into the ground.
At Ten Tenths, we coach agents on clarity, consistency, and alignment so their business works with their life, not against it. I also co-founded Prosecco & Post to solve the marketing consistency problem that plagues most agents.
