Don't Sweat The Small Stuff

When we really want to grow, our focus gets stuck on the small stuff. Why?!

Today’s video is a simple message. Don’t sweat the small stuff.

Take the time to be honest and open with yourself about the action you are taking to really succeed in your business. You know what works but some of you are not doubling down and putting more effort into that system. Instead, you’ll complain about not having a CRM, or that your sphere of influence isn’t strong enough, or that the other agents have a larger market share, or this or that or whatever… STOP!

If you are looking for permission to put the small things aside and pay attention to what really matters, here it is. Throw out the complicated minutiae and focus on adding value to the people around you.

Zig Ziglar is right and there is a reason this quote is repeated almost everywhere in sales. It’s because that is what you are here to do, help other people. Your clients don’t care what brokerage you work for, what CRM you have, what technology you use to build a CMA, what apps you have on your phone, etc. They care about how YOU CARE about them.
